Once upon a time, my name was Gertrude Yorkes -- unless you count those few months when I decided to call myself Arsenic. I lived in LA and I died in LA. And now I'm here.

My parents were time travelers from the 87th century who turned out to be super villains. They were also liars who ruined my life, but I guess that can be rolled up into the whole super villain thing.

When the shit hit the fan, there wasn't much else to do. Just smile and nod for a little while longer, wait it out until they weren't looking. And then, me and my compadres -- we did what came natural.
